Orders & Shipping

How fast do you ship?

In-stock orders placed before 2pm Pacific, Monday-Friday, ship same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. Most standard packages arrive in 2-5 business days via UPS or FedEx ground.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link to see live status. If you don't get tracking within 2 business days, email orders@wrench-lab.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We ship to the 48 contiguous US states, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is coming in Phase 2.

How is shipping calculated?

Most of what we sell is heavy or bulky (lift kits, bumpers, wheels, winches, suspension). Because shipping costs vary dramatically by size, weight, and destination, we calculate exact shipping at checkout rather than offering flat "free shipping" promises we can't honor on large items. You'll see the actual cost before submitting payment — no surprises.

What about freight shipping?

Oversized items (lift kits, complete bumpers, wheel sets) ship via LTL freight rather than standard parcel carriers. Freight rates are calculated at checkout based on destination zip code, weight, and dimensions. Typical freight cost: $80-$300 depending on the item and where it's going.

Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally run free shipping promotions on qualifying standard-parcel items (not freight). Watch our email list and promo bar for these offers. We don't make blanket "free shipping" promises because the shipping economics on heavy parts don't support it — and we'd rather be honest than pad product prices to hide the cost.

Fitment & Product Questions

Will this part fit my rig?

Use the year/make/model picker at the top of any page to filter to parts that fit your vehicle. If it shows up in your filtered results, it fits. If you're still unsure, email or chat us — fitment confirmation is free.

What if a part doesn't fit?

If we listed it as fitting your year/make/model and it doesn't, we cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange. See our Fitment Guarantee.

Do you have install instructions?

Most products include manufacturer install guides in the box. For complex installs, we link to video tutorials on product pages when available. Our customer service team can also walk you through common install questions.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, was the wrong item, or didn't fit as listed. Full details on our Returns page.

What about restocking fees?

Most items return without a restocking fee. Large freight items (lift kits, complete bumpers) may carry a 10-15% restocking fee to cover LTL return handling. We'll let you know before you return anything that would carry a fee.

How do warranty claims work?

Most parts carry a manufacturer warranty. If a product fails within the warranty window, email returns@wrench-lab.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf so you don't have to deal with multiple parties.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. Your card number is never stored on our servers.

Do you offer financing?

Shop Pay Installments available on qualifying orders between $50 and $17,500 — 4 interest-free payments or 3-24 month financing. No hard credit check for installments.

Do you offer discounts for military or first responders?

Yes — use code HEROES10 for 10% off any order. No minimum. Proof of service may be requested on high-value orders.

Account & Orders

Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout as a guest or create an account. Accounts let you save addresses, view order history, and check order status faster.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email orders@wrench-lab.com immediately and we'll do our best. Once an order ships, we can't cancel it — you'd need to return it.
