Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Returns. Real Humans. No Drama.

If something doesn't fit, doesn't work, or just isn't what you expected, you have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

What You Can Return

  • Items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags
  • Items in resalable condition with no installation marks, scratches, or wear
  • Defective or wrong items at our cost

What You Can't Return

  • Installed parts that show wear, scuffs, or fitment attempts
  • Special-order or made-to-order items unless defective
  • Electrical items that have been wired or installed
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email steve@wrench-lab.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA).
  3. Pack securely in original packaging and ship to the address we provide.
  4. Refunds process to original payment within 5–10 business days of inspection.

Restocking Fees

Most items: no restocking fee. A 15% fee may apply to oversized, custom, or freight-shipped items.

Return Shipping

Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong thing. We recommend insured tracking.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace or refund at no cost — including return shipping.
