Free shipping on every order

Every product on our sites ships FREE within the continental United States. No minimum order, no thresholds, no membership required — the price you see is the price you pay.

We're able to offer this because we ship every order direct from one of our authorized distributor partners, eliminating the warehouse and middleman markup that drives most marine and offroad parts sites to charge a separate freight line.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Canada or any other international destination

International expansion is on our roadmap. Sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

How orders ship

Most orders ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Ground Advantage depending on package size, weight, and destination. We choose the carrier that gets your order to you fastest at our cost — you don't pay extra for the right carrier.

A handful of products are too large or too heavy for standard ground service. Those are clearly noted on the product page and ship via freight (LTL) carriers with curbside delivery — typical for items like:

  • Large anchors and chain assemblies over 70 lb
  • Long poles, antennas, and rod racks over 72"
  • Trim tab kits, dock boxes, and large covers
  • Truck bumpers, lift kits, and skid plates
  • Bow thrusters and hot water heaters

Freight orders may require a phone number for the delivery carrier to schedule a delivery window with you.

Processing and transit times

Freight (LTL) orders for oversized items typically take 5–14 business days total, including delivery scheduling.

We do not currently offer expedited or guaranteed delivery options. If you need a part fast, contact us before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic for that specific SKU.

Tracking your order

Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, usually within 1–2 business days of order placement. The email comes from your supplier's fulfillment system and may show our supplier's name as the shipper — that's normal for drop-ship orders.

If 4 business days have passed since you placed your order and you haven't received a tracking notification, please check your spam folder, then email support@wrench-lab.com.

What you'll see at checkout

Because shipping is free on every order, the checkout shipping line will display "$0.00" or "Free." We do not collect shipping charges separately — they're already accounted for in the product price.

Hazardous materials (ORM-D / hazmat)

Some marine and automotive products are classified as hazardous materials under DOT regulations. These include:

  • Adhesives, sealants, and silicone in pressurized cartridges
  • Marine paints, varnishes, and stripping agents
  • Fuel additives, fuel system cleaners
  • Aerosol products
  • Lithium batteries (for portable electronics)

Hazmat items:

  • Ship via ground only — they cannot be sent by air, including to AK/HI even when we expand
  • Cannot be combined with non-hazmat items in the same package
  • Are non-returnable for safety reasons (see our Returns Policy)
  • May arrive in a separate shipment from the rest of your order

Multi-supplier orders

Because our catalog is sourced from multiple authorized distributors, an order with several items may arrive in multiple shipments from different warehouses. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. You'll receive separate tracking emails for each.

Don't worry — you're not charged extra for split shipments. The shipping is still free.

Address accuracy

It's your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that go to the wrong address because of incorrect entry, and we cannot intercept or reroute packages once they've shipped.

If you discover an address error within 15 minutes of placing the order, email support@wrench-lab.com immediately and we may be able to update it before the order is routed to the supplier. After that 15-minute window, the order is generally locked in.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:

1. Damaged on arrival — take photos within 24 hours and email support@wrench-lab.com. Don't discard the original packaging — the carrier may need to inspect it.

2. Showing delivered but missing — first, check with neighbors and your local carrier (sometimes packages are scanned early). If it doesn't surface within 48 hours, email us and we'll file a carrier trace.

3. Lost in transit (no movement on tracking for 7+ days) — email us. We'll file a claim and either reship or refund.

Saturday / Sunday / holiday delivery

  • No Saturday or Sunday processing. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PT are typically processed Monday.
  • No holiday processing. Standard U.S. observed holidays are non-shipping days for most carriers and our suppliers.
  • Holiday transit delays — November and December tend to run 1–2 days slower than the table above due to carrier volume.

Walmart Marketplace and other channels

Orders placed on third-party marketplaces (eBay, Walmart, Amazon, Google Shopping) may have slightly different shipping policies set by the marketplace. The shipping rules above govern direct orders placed on our websites. For marketplace orders, refer to the shipping terms shown on that marketplace's listing.
